Matthew Kabak focuses his practice on property and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing. He has significant experience working with real estate developers, operators, investors, retail, and office tenants.

Matthew negotiates and drafts retail and office leases, subleases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, construction agreements and related documents. He also advises businesses on entity formation and operation.

Drawing on his extensive background in private practice and his previous experience as in-house counsel, Matthew prioritizes achieving the best results for his clients and establishing collaborative and enduring relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
